Regulations (Keeping it legal) Very important! Did you know that since 1998 it has been law to have a Statutory thorough examination (LOLER) carried out by a competent person once a year for goods lifts and 6 monthly for a lift that carries passengers, yes that means a Tail Lift. This is what we do, all of our engineers have trained extensively to ensure their competence, both in house and on manufactures courses. Please have a look at the document links below from the Health & Safety Executive, they provide very useful information on the LOLER & PUWER regulations. Please feel free to call us if you require any advice 0845 6067899
